Playa Vista
This client downsized from a home twice as big. We prioritized what had to come with her and made a furniture and art plan. We made digital design boards to express our vision. After conversations about aesthetics and function, and several shopping trips, we updated the boards so she had a clear expectation before moving day. Specialty lighting and fabrics in red and aqua hues create an energetic, yet warm and cozy feeling. Layering patterns and styling shelves with her book collection and personal objects added personality. This new space is now her personal sanctuary.
